Flexibility & Cancellation
Cancellations only accepted after minimum of two club shipments have been met. Requests must be made in writing and received two weeks prior to scheduled processing. Shipments are non-refundable if cancellation is requested after processing. Early termination subject to chargeback of any membership discounts received prior to the two-shipment minimum. Only one shipment can be skipped if membership is placed on hold.
