Cuvée is a wine club directory and comparison service. We provide structured data, editorial content, and AI-powered matching tools to help consumers find and compare wine club subscriptions. We do not sell wine. We are not a party to any transaction between you and any wine club listed on our Site. Any purchase you make is directly with that club, subject to their own terms and policies.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use Cuvée. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Wine clubs listed on our Site will independently verify your age before fulfilling any order.

3. Affiliate Relationships

Some links on our Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you subscribe to a wine club through our link. You pay the same price regardless of whether you use our link. We strive to keep our data accurate and up to date, but wine club pricing, shipping policies, availability, and other details change frequently. Always verify current details directly with the wine club before making a purchase. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information in our directory.

Our Site contains links to over 300 external wine club websites. These are independent businesses that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party website. Your interactions with any third-party site are governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUVÉE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM: ANY WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION YOU PURCHASE THROUGH OUR LINKS; INACCURATE OR OUTDATED INFORMATION ON THE SITE; OR ANY THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR POLICIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR FREE USERS, IS $0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cuvée and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider, conducted on an individual basis (not as a class action). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
