Soaring Wines
High-altitude Arizona estate wines from the Willcox Bench — no fees, just wine
Soaring Wines is a small-production Arizona estate winery on 40 acres in the Willcox Bench AVA, where high elevation, volcanic soil, and dramatic day-to-night temperature swings produce bold reds and crisp whites. Founded in 2019 on land once used as a kite-wing airfield, the winery made its first harvest in 2022 from seven acres planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Viognier. Members join for free, pay only for the wines they choose, and receive member discounts, complimentary tastings, and invitations to exclusive events.
